Virtual MRI Console Simulator CE Course

Our Virtual MRI Console Simulator provides technologists with a virtual MRI interface that allows users to manipulate, in real time, image contrast, acquisition time, signal-to-noise ratio, and spatial resolution, as well as the number of slices allowed per acquisition. Before providing access to the virtual MRI simulator, the course offers theoretical chapters to remind users of the basic and fundamental principles of MR.
Using the virtual MRI interface in this course, you can optimize the acquisition parameters to answer 6 concrete optimization cases. Use all available parameters, such as TR, TE, turbo factor, and bandwidth to optimize the quality of the sequence. Be careful not to avoid generating artifacts to obtain a good optimization. The acquired image will react to your changes as you make them! Go from a T2 turbo spin echo to a T1 spin echo easily, and watch the changes live on the MRI simulator.

This course is accredited by the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) for 7 Category A CE credits. We guarantee that the credits you earn upon completing this course will be accepted by the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) and for American Registry of Radiologic Technologists® (ARRT ®) certification. This course also meets the radiology CE requirements for the states of Texas, Florida, Kentucky, Massachusetts, and New Mexico.
The course consists of 6 modules followed by a post-test. In accordance with ARRT ® regulations, you have 3 attempts to pass the post-test with a score of 75% or higher. Upon successful completion of the post-test, you will be awarded 7 CE credits to fulfill your biennial 24 CE credits requirement and/or to complete your prescribed continuing education (CQR). Don’t forget to download your certificate for reporting your credits to your state and/or the ARRT ®.
