In this module we will be looking at both benign high-risk and malignant solid lesions. We will review the sonographic features according to the ACR BIRADS atlas. We will discuss the difference between a high-risk and a malignant lesion, and include the specific features of these types of lesions. We will review axillary lymph nodes and the appearance of suspicious lymph nodes. We will discuss tumor grade and stage, along with the types of tumor receptors on certain breast cancer cells.
