Medical Professionals is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! We want you to feel comfortable and confident when purchasing our accredited courses. That is why we offer an easy, hassle-free 30 day return policy. Please check below for further details:

  • If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of the accredited course(s) and you have not passed the quiz nor issued your certificate, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • Our accredited courses and post tests are presented in an interactive and captivating manner. We follow the ARRT guidelines, therefore if you fail the exam 3 times then you will not be able to generate a CE certificate (which mostly likely won’t happen). But, what happens if you actually failed the Post Test 3 times? We’ve got you covered, we will give you a complimentary access to another accredited course of your choice from our wide inventory of multimodality courses. This condition applies in case you have failed the exam 3 times within 30 days from the purchase date
  • We guarantee you that:
    • Our accredited courses are accepted by the ARRT, ARDMS, NMTCB and CAMRT
    • Our accredited MRI courses are accepted by the ARMRIT
    • Our accredited courses meet the following states CE requirements as well: Florida, Texas, Illinois, New Mexico, Massachusetts, Kentucky and Iowa
    • Our accredited Radiology, Mammography, Interventional Radiology and CT Scanner courses meet California State requirements

In case you encounter any issues in securing your accreditation please contact us and we will help you manage your filing. Alternatively we guarantee you a full refund in the absence of your being able to validate your CE credits.

Timescale for refund

Once we receive your refund request email, you will be notified. Your request will be under inspection and process; accordingly you will be notified whether it has been approved or rejected within maximum 10 working days from your submission date.
If your refund request has been approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) immediately and you shall receive the credit within few days which varies depending on your card issuer’s policies.
