Our online Cardiac MRI Training course that covers everything a technologist needs to know about performing magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans of the heart, from cardiac anatomy to the physics of MRI to electrocardiographic gating. The course begins with an overview of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathologies and addresses procedures for patient care, including patient positioning. The course also covers the basic principles and advanced techniques of cardiac MRI, as well as cardiac MRI acquisition, artifacts unique to cardiac MRI, and post-processing techniques.

Please note: Cardiac MRI is an advanced online course that is not suitable for radiologic technologists who are cross training into MRI.
