Course Description

Clinical Case Studies in Obstetric Ultrasound is a case-based course that explores how focused ultrasound can support assessment and clinical decision-making during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy.

Through five common cases, suspected preterm labor, vaginal bleeding, uncertain fetal presentation, suspected fetal growth restriction, and decreased fetal movement, learners review appropriate ultrasound techniques, key measurements, interpretation of findings, and when reassurance, follow-up, or urgent referral may be needed.
